Terms of Service & Rental Agreement

1. General Provisions & Rental Policy

LM Boutique provides high-end luxury garments available for direct purchase (“Acquisition”) and temporary reservation (“Rental”). By placing an order, clients agree to adhere to garment care protocols, return windows, and safety deposit terms.

2. Rental Period & Return Deadlines

Standard rental periods are calculated as 3-Day or 7-Day options starting from the confirmed date of white-glove delivery. Returned items must be dispatched using the prepaid return packaging provided on or before 11:59 PM on the final rental day.

Late returns incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the 3-day rental rate per delayed calendar day.

3. Tailoring & Alterations

Complimentary hem and sleeve adjustments are performed exclusively by certified LM Boutique master tailors. Clients are strictly prohibited from performing unapproved third-party alterations, cutting fabrics, or applying adhesive tape to any garment.

4. Garment Protection & Insurance

Every rental includes minor stain & fabric wear insurance. Severe damage, unremovable burns, structural tears, or loss will result in a replacement charge equivalent to the full retail value of the piece minus paid rental fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations requested 14 days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive full store credit valid for 12 months.
